Additional Photos from Epstein Estate Released by Democratic Party US Congress Members
Development layouts for the financier's secluded tropical island featured within the images.
Additionally featured in this new document disclosure seems to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier acquired a smaller island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
The released images reveal he had created ambitious plans to develop the 161-acre island by erecting residences, an performance venue, an underwater office and a reservoir.
You can see the plan is a local waterway, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is covered in handwritten red notes and includes a legend detailing distinct sections of the land.
In addition to the main plan are what look to be several other site drawings and architectural plans, featuring designs for marina coverings.
More documentation disclosed as part of the continuing congressional disclosure.
